Your mind keeps replaying the same thoughts over and over, whispering that you’ll never feel different, never be free from this. It’s like you’re trapped in your own mind, like something inside you is holding you back.
Every time you try, it’s like your past, your thoughts, your fears pull you right back down into the abyss. You want to feel better, but you don’t even know where to start. It makes you wonder if this is just who you are now. It’s not. This isn’t all there is.
Your heart races for no reason. Your chest feels tight, like you can’t take a full breath. Your mind won’t stop spinning, jumping from one worry to the next. It’s like your body is always on high alert, bracing for something bad to happen—even when nothing is wrong.

Counseling for Depression
You’re numb, disconnected, like you’re just existing instead of really living. You’re stuck in the same patterns, no matter how hard you try to break free. You’re screaming inside, but no one can hear you. My Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy sessions, helps your brain process the things it never got to finish. Like taking all the thoughts that haunt you, all the feelings you keep stuffing down, and finally letting them move through you instead of keeping them locked inside. Eventually EMDR will actually feel like it’s loosening the grip of these thoughts on you. You’ll no longer feel like your mind is a broken record of memories and thoughts that won’t let you go. When combined with somatic therapy, I’ll help you release the numbness physically, so that you can stop carrying this weight in your chest, shoulders, stomach … everywhere


Depression and Anxiety Therapy
You’ve been carrying pain for so long, you don’t even know who you’d be without it. Something is holding you back from being who you want to be. You’re afraid of your own mind, your own emotions. It’s just a pattern—a loop my brain has been stuck in for so long that it feels impossible to escape. We’ll work together using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to teach you how to challenge these thoughts. That is, how to interrupt the loop, question the thoughts, and rewire your brain to see things differently. You don’t need to be afraid of your own thoughts. I’ll teach you how to recognize them before they take over. You’ll learn how to step back, look at them for what they are—just thoughts, not absolute truths. Then we’ll start replacing the ones that keep you stuck with ones that actually help you move forward.

Your thoughts have a mind of their own, running in circles you can’t escape. Your body is on edge, tense and restless, always waiting for the next wave of panic. Using Narrative Therapy I’ll help you step outside the fear, look at the story you’ve been telling yourself, and ask—does this really have to be true? You can separate yourself from the endless thoughts, from the constant catastrophizing and rewrite this story. In Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy I’ll help you make peace with the voices in your mind. Each one has a reason for existing. They’re trying to protect you, in the only way they know how. Instead of fighting them, we will learn to understand them.
